Atlantic Station Condos

Atlanta real estate is ready to go "BOOM!!"

No, I don't mean bust, I mean it is ready to explode. Over the last 300 years, the U.S. has built more than 300 billion square feet of offices and homes. However, according to a new study, it will take only 25 years to build out another 200 billion square feet to accommodate another 70 million people who will either be born or move to the U.S.

During the next 25 years, 10 regions soon to become "megapolitans" which constitutes the merging of cities into a continuous stretches of developments. For example, from Boston, through New York to Washington D.C. has slowly been turning into one large continuous stretch of cities, suburbs and commercial developments.

The 410-mile stretch from Durham to Atlanta is one of those "megapolitans" and Atlanta could be on the verge of unprecedented real estate growth. Business 2.0 Magazine recently posted that one of the best real estate investments one could make now would be on the west side of Atlanta were Atlantic Station has moved in - if it is not already too late.

Marietta and the I-85 corridor were also named as two other high growth areas. While we may see somewhat of a pause as home buyers adjust to rising interest rates, don't expect values to pause. This may very well be just the beginning.
