Little Five Points Condo
Little Five Points Condo
$115,900
We are offering homes in a new condominium conversion in L5P --- 1355 Euclid Ave, across from the public tennis courts in Goldsboro Park, and adjacent to the Freedom Pkwy Bike/Walk trail. One of Atlanta's friendlist neighborhoods for "alternative" lifestyles (i.e. bicycles, organic food, used/comic book stores, vintage clothing, street/underground music, late night pizza / indian food / sushi / beer etc.), this is the community that fought the GA DOT against an interstate "cut through" in the late 1980s (that would have connected GA400 to 75/85 downtown) and WON(!), resulting in the Freedom Parkway Bike/Walk Park and the home for Jimmy Carter's Presidential Library instead.
To get a feel for the *intense* community flavor of this neighborhood, check out this odd listing, put up by neighbors who are seeking "the right kind" of people to buy a house on their street that they don't even own. Investors and Developers are apparently not well regarded. You get the idea. I've lived around the corner and can vouch for the truthfulness of these sentiments.
14 units are still available in our first phase of construction (which is itself sixteen of forty units overall.) The model is open for viewing. Construction is wrapping up in the next two to three weeks (First week in August.) Checkout photos on the website and read about our high-end standard features: granite counters, wireless security system, etc.) There's a 5'x12' balcony or a patio in every unit (except one). Two bedroom units (803SF) are available, too. One of the best public elementary schools in the city is one block away (Mary Lin ES.) A parking place comes with each first phase unit. We've managed to keep the construction cost down and are offering these units well below most anything else in the neighborhood. Houses around L5P are now in the $300-500K+ range).
